Business as usual-ish

Hi all,

I just wanted to drop you a quick update on everything happening with MISSION and how we’re dealing with Covid-19…

Safety

Everyone is working from home and we’re loving the added efficiency/working in sports kit - although we mostly already did in the first place.
- We’re now outsourcing post to a fulfillment centre which will be quicker operationally and safer too.

Product

Covid-19 has meant some delays in our supply chain meaning we’re out of some 10 packs. For now, we’ve replaced this by sending you 10 samples in some instances. I really hope everyone is ok with this but from next week we’re back to normal!

Post

We are seeing some delays. On average post is taking 2-3 days but we have seen a few rare instances of it taking up to 10 days. Please bare with us and get in touch if it’s taken longer and we’ll sort it as soon as we can.
