It's time to upgrade your water. Try swapping out your usual refrigerated drinks for one of our cold blends - notice how much better you feel. Packed full of goodness for your mind + body, enjoy our favourite ways to feel extraordinary, summer edition.

The Energiser:
Energise in cold water → get that channelled energy with this blend of green tea, cocoa + ginger. L-theanine in green tea helps to provide a sense of alertness without the jitters. Beetroot + cocoa notably improve blood flow + ginger is a great anti-inflammatory and gives this cold brew a nice zing.

The Refresher:
Cold Focus → the longer this one sits, the more vibrant the flavours. This sweet peppermint blend has all the nootropics to carry you through a busy afternoon. What’s more, the chilli provides a little heat, so your whole body get’s a gentle kick.

The Mojitea:
A firm favourite of our in house nutrition expert, Ellie. Perform + Focus + ice. You get the nootropic goodness from the Focus blend - Rosemary and Gotu kola have been found to increase the circulation to your brain and enhance memory, alertness + attention. The yerba maté in Perform makes it the perfect afternoon pick-me-up, again, providing that increased alertness but without any jitters. Lemon, mint + some sweetness…sounds like a familiar favourite!


Green Goodness:
Cold Hydrate → One sachet of hydrate, shaken into cold water. This green powder packs a punch with nutritional goodness - antioxidant rich matcha, electrolytes + circulatory tonics! With a lovely hint of orange, this is a great way to keep your body + mind in check on a hot day.
