How do our drinks provide sustained energy?
Our drinks are all made using incredible ingredients, that support your body's energy production. Rather than being the source of energy (like carbohydrates), our blends contain a balance of many nutritional factors that contribute to supporting energy levels: hydration, blood-flow, gut health, as well as being sources of nootropics, antioxidants and vitamins and minerals.
We aim for a more sustained approach to energy and recommend drinking Mission alongside natural sources of fast acting carbs (eg dried fruit, or honey). The ingredients in our blends will work alongside these to provide slow release caffeine and therefore sustained energy, as well as support blood flow!
