We're Sports Nutrition Product of the Year
In the past year we have been awarded two Great Taste Awards, Sports Nutrition Product of the Year (by Runner's World) and Best Value Nutrition Drink of the Year (by Women's Running). Wanting to shout about the need for less sugar and caffeine in sports nutrition (to avoid the energy crash), we thought it would be a good idea to show why the experts are agreeing that we have upped the game in the world of natural sports nutrition.
Endure: Yerba Mate Orange + Maca Matcha Powder (Voted Sports Nutrition Product of the Year)
When to take?
This blend can be taken before or during your workout, hot or cold. It also comes in an easily portable matcha stick so you can take it with you to the gym or out on the road.
Why it's effective - slow, sustainable energy.
Our main ingredient in this blend is Yerba Mate - this helps you to avoid the energy crashes of sugar based energy drinks and coffees by encouraging the body to use fats for energy instead of muscle. Athletes notice a slow, steady energy release for several hours when drinking our blend compared to dipping an hour later after taking traditional energy drinks and coffees.
Yerba Mate also contains a high amount of theobromine to improve focus and has been scientifically proven to enhance endurance amongst elite athletes (see footnotes below).
On top of this we have added Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder, Maca, Ginseng and Baobab to enhance endurance and mental cognition. Himalayan Pink Salts also provide a natural source of electrolytes to help replace lost fluids during exercise.
This makes our Endure blend perfect for any athlete looking for a natural alternative to sugar based energy drinks or coffees, which can make us feel great for an hour, but then crash us right back down.
What does it taste like?
We have added orange peel and natural orange flavouring to provide the taste of a traditional energy drink but in sugar-free, low caffeine form.

Recover: Rooibos Berry + Ashwagandha Plastic-Free Teabags (Voted Best Value Nutrition Drink of the Year + winner of a Great Taste Award)
When to take?
This blend is designed to be taken after a workout or towards the end of the day for a caffeine-free recovery. Take hot or cold with biodegradable pyramid tea bags.
Why is it effective?
Our main ingredient in this blend, Rooibos, is known to be a potent source of antioxidants, containing relatively large amounts of flavanoids, which help to reduce harmful inflammation by inhibiting pro-inflammatory molecules that accumulate in highly active tissues such as skeletal muscle during intense exercise. In this way, Rooibos can help to limit tissue damage after exercise and hasten your recovery time.
On top of this, we have added Tulsi, Lavender, Ashwagandha and Gingko Biloba - all of which are high anti-inflammatories and help to reduce anxiety and stress.
This makes our Recover blend a great way to wind down post training session, helping muscles to recover quicker and leave you ready to go again the next day.
What does it taste like?
We tried hundreds of variations of this blend, getting just the right amount of natural berry flavour without overpowering the richness of a classic Rooibos tea. We got the balance so right it won us a Great Taste Award!
