Saskia Tidey
GB Sailor

@saskiatideyI prefer Mission teabags in cold water, one of my favourites is Perform - I use the teas primarily for their natural energy release throughout the day and as a healthy alternative from sugary energy drinks. Image: Instagram / saskiatidey
Emily Borthwick
High Jump
Tokyo Olympian
@em.borthOn my “mission” to Tokyo 2020 both the energise and perform teas helped in preparation for my key training sessions. I love drinking Recover after a long day at the track. I’m so excited to work with Mission and keep jumping to higher heights! Image: Instagram / em.borth
Alicia Wilson
GB Swimmer
Tokyo Olympian
@aliciawilson2000My favourite is definitely the Recover, aside from the great taste and flavour, I love the natural anti-inflammatory effects that it has and it has allowed me to hit training so hard in the run-up to this Olympics. Image: Instagram / alicawilson2000
Eilidh McIntyre MBE
GB SAILOR
GOLD MEDALLIST AT TOKYO OLYMPICS, WORLD CHAMPION
@mcintyreeilidhI love being able to take a moment have a great cup of tea and know I'm not only doing the best thing for my training but also taking the time to switch off. Image: Instagram / mcintyreeilidh
Seonaid Mcintosh
Gb Rifle Shooter
World Champion, Tokyo Olympian
@minimac_400I really love the diversity of the Mission teas. Hot or cold depending on how I’m feeling, they all taste good either way and are easy on the tummy. The Energise and Perform have been my favourite so far giving me energy without the usual highs and lows of sugary or caffeinated drinks. I love that it’s all eco-friendly too. Joe Litchfield
GB Swimmer
European Champion, Tokyo Olympian
@joelitchfield_My favourite is the Recover tea, personally I use it for recovery but also the berry taste, it's the best one out there, get out there and try it - it's definitely worth a go! Image: Instagram / joelitchfield_
Jamie Webb
GB 800m
Euro Indoor medallist, world Semi-FinalisT
@jamiewebb800I incorporated Mission into my routine while training for the World Championships and will definitely continue to use Mission while training for Tokyo 2021. Image: Instagram / jamiewebb800
Dan Wallace
GB Swimmer
Olympic Silver Medallist, World & Commonwealth Champion
@danwallace93I use Mission daily. They taste fantastic and my sleep has really improved and I feel recovered and ready each morning because of this. Athletes often pump themselves full of high sugar and highly caffeinated products to feel energised. There are now some really great natural ways to get yourself ready for the day ahead. TRAINING FOR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
@jaymarcusdI would definitely recommend Mission to other athletes. I drink the tea throughout the day as it gives me a slow, steady release of energy - crucial when you train 2-3 times a day. Image: Instagram / jaymarcusd
Lauren Bate
GB Racing Cyclist
COMMONWEALTH GAMES MEDALLIST
@laurenbateeA big benefit of Mission for me is that it’s easy on my gut, especially before any big training sessions but I also love how refreshing they are and I feel like they provide a much more stable boost of energy as opposed to the spike I would get from multiple coffees! Image: Instagram @laurenbatee
Ryan Owens
GB Track Cyclist
Commonwealth Silver Medallist
@ryan_owens1995My favourite thing about Mission is the variety of flavours and uses. There’s a tea suitable for every time of day. As an athlete, sleep is crucial and knowing caffeine content and having sleep promoting options is amazing. Image: Instagram / ryan_owens1995
Alice Dearing
GB Swimmer
TOKYO OLYMPIAN
@alicedearingxInstead of only having a boost for an hour or so like other caffeinated products give, Mission teas give a balanced flow of energy – of which I can still feel the effects hours after consuming. And it’s great you’re able to take them hot or cold. Image: Instagram / alicedearingx
Calum Johnson
GB Triathlete
British Champion
@caaljohnsonI would recommend Mission to any athlete. One of the best things about Mission is that the products are really good on my stomach. I never have any issues during sessions if I’ve had a tea before whereas a lot of coffees don’t sit too well on my sensitive stomach. Also, because of the slower-release caffeine it’s a nice feeling not having a post caffeine crash like you get with coffee. Image: Instagram / caaljohnson
Meg Barker
GB Track Cyclist
SILVER MEDALLIST AT EURO GAMES
@megbarker97I love using Mission as part of my training routine. It’s great to have an alternative caffeine to coffee before training and the recovery blend is perfect after a hard day on the bike to help sore muscles. Image: Instagram / megbarker97
Harry Leleu
GB Triathlete
Training for World Championships
@harry_leleuMission has massively helped boost energy levels - especially during long training days. However, the main benefits I’ve noticed since introducing the teas into my daily routine would be an improvement in both my sleep and recovery. A lot of international athletes don’t realise how much your racing can be affected if your rest and recovery isn’t done right - Mission has helped me hugely here. Image: Instagram / harry_leleu
Neah Evans
GB Racing Cyclist
SILVER MEDALLIST AT TOKYO OLYMPICS
@neah.evansWith Mission I feel energised but I don’t get the crash associated with so many products on the market. I also like that the tea bags are plastic free - it’s a small thing but I believe it helps make a small impact and also helps raise awareness that more everyday products should be. Tani Burge
Ironman Athlete
Kona Finisher
@taniburge_triathlonMy ironman training involves waking up early for long swims, rides and runs – there’s no better way to wake up than with an Energise tea. It’s a fabulous alternative to coffee, tastes great and provides longer-lasting energy for hard workouts. Substituting Mission teas for coffee has also significantly improved my sleeps, which tends to be disrupted when the training ramps up.
Tim Duckworth
GB Decathlete
GB RECORD HOLDER
@timothy_duckworthI have switched to drinking Mission in the mornings over energy drinks and I can say that it has made my body and mind feel better. It’s a weight off my shoulders knowing that I am putting something more natural in my body which for any athlete is key. Mission does not give me the immediate spike of energy that you may get from an energy drink but I have noticed that I feel a lot better after the first 30 minutes to an hour compared to the energy drink. Stephanie Ede
GB Duathlete
Training for IM 70.3 World Championships
@triathlonstephI use mission teas regularly around training and racing, hot at home and cold on the bike and always make sure if I need a good sleep before a big event to take Sleep blend hot just before bed. When drinking the teas I feel as though they get me ready for training and races. I'd compare it to some energy drinks on the market without the jitteriness or anxious feelings. It gives me more control over my body and mind! Image: Instagram / triathlonsteph
Chris Perham
GB Triathlete
FORMER BRITISH DUATHLON CHAMPION
@pezzatriI use Mission to help to find that extra percentage in my recovery from training and racing, using the recovery and sleep blends. I’d absolutely recommend the teas to any fellow athlete not just in triathlon. Image: Instagram / pezzatri
Toby Robinson
GB Swimmer
British Champion
@tobiasrobinsonI would definitely recommend these teas to not only athletes but anyone pushing their bodies from day to day. It’s a great natural way of fuelling yourself and they taste wonderful as well. They are increasingly replacing my daily morning coffee. Image: Instagram / tobiasrobinson
Nick Butter
Record Marathon Runner
A Marathon In Every Country In The World
@nickbutterrunI always start the day with a cocoa + ginger - you can actually taste the chocolate and it provides a buzz without the crash! I love the philosophy of using less sugar for energy. We’re drinking far too much of it in energy drinks. Image: Instagram / nickbutterrun
Heather Knight
England Cricket Captain
World Cup Winner
@heatherknight55I take Mission throughout the day, everyday, hot or cold. Aids my performance and it’s the tastiest tea I’ve ever had - a no brainer to use as part of my routine. Image: Instagram / heatherknight55
Danielle Huskisson
GB Swimmer
Training for WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2022
@daniellehuskissonI regularly use Mission before and after training. It’s a natural way to improve my performance and recovery. I’d recommend to any athlete that is looking to get marginal gains through their diet and nutrition. Image: Instagram / daniellehuskisson
Charlie Anderson
GB AG Triathlete
Training for world championships 2022
@charlieanderson6I add Mission Teas into my daily routine because it doesn’t give me the post caffeine crash which helps me keep pushing hard in my training sessions. Mission has also helped me with my sleep schedule so I can turn up to races feeling fresh, especially for the early morning starts. They’re also super tasty - I would recommend mission to anyone! Ian Marsden
British Paracanoeist
TOKYO OLYMPIAN, Rio 2016 Paralympic Medalist, Former World & European Powerlifting Champion
@ianmarsdengbI don't like any other caffeine or sports energy drinks that you get and Mission's products give you a slow release of energy with no crash at the end. I'd definitely recommend these teas, you can have them hot and cold which is a great advantage especially when I'm out training on the water.
Amber Keegan
Gb Swimmer, Researcher
Training For Commonwealth Games 2022
@amber.keeganI used to think that without a coffee to power me through long training days I would really struggle, but I've been proved wrong by switching to Mission and have really enjoyed having that sustained energy throughout the day rather than the caffeine high and then crash.
