You can take our matcha blend hot or cold depending on how you're feeling. To make cold, take a similar approach to iced coffee. Pour your matcha over ice!

We are the only UK tea + coffee company to pay to test for the amount of caffeine in each blend. Our matcha blend contains 45mg caffeine per serve. The NHS recommends a maximum of 200mg per day. A Costa Venti coffee has 325mg. Most energy drinks are roughly 150mg.

Functional mushrooms are typically under consumed by athletes due to lack of knowledge around the benefits of such ingredients. All the mushrooms we use within our blend do not impact taste and are from 100% fruiting body sources. They are WADA approved and safe to consume for all athletes across disciplines.
